Case study
This renovation and major expansion of a mid-20th century bungalow on a lake near downtown Orlando more than doubled the size of the original house while maintaining its traditional character and intimate scale. Client's frequent and sometimes large-scale entertaining is facilitated by generous first and second floor outdoor space which share the lake view with other major spaces in the home. Home includes a space which can be converted from office to studio for client's own artistic production. Interior and exterior architectural details are consistent with the design of the original bungalow, and are a backdrop for the client's art and antiques collections.
